  Finkelstein: I hope you are right, but I don't see or hear it when talking with people.

  But I most admit we are helping by opening the eyes of JW's sitting on the fence and

  the numbers are down but also religions as a whole the numbers are down.

  My daughter-law is a Mormon I haven't bother to go to a ex-Mormon site, why because

  she is a sweet person but that may change in the future when their child arrive.

  But even if I encounter an ex-Mormon and he tells me the things that is not known to none

  Mormons and how terrible it is to be a Mormon I still wouldn't investigate.

  Well that passed without a ripple. We talk about the UN and the WT link, none JW's don't

  understand the significance. The child abuse cases among JW's when I tell people their response,

  yes that's the world today.

  When speaking with someone who has a JW family member they will tell me "they are good people they

  don't come around as much but they are ok". Some folks( family members a JW) defend JW.org even though they never studied

  with JW's.

  My wife(never a JW) tells me, "let it go people don't care". It's so frustrating I don't want go out or my last days

  on this earth trying to bring these people down. It has consume me even though I'am involved in other hobbies.

  I need to stop the hate. I would hate to be on my death bed thinking about this cult. For you who have left and

  didn't leave family members behind, you are lucky.

  I don't know if it is the Bible or JW.org that is causing my frustration....

  my neighbor is a physical therapist and told me about the epley maneuver, which i am now researching.. have you ever been through this hell of total incapacitation?.

  Maybe this curse in Genesis 6:3 wasn't meant for the few descendants of Noah.

  Maybe it was an exception to the few after the flood.

  Genesis 11 tells of the long genealogy between Shem and Abrams where almost

  every person mentioned lives longer than 120 years.

  But i agree with "ttdtt", it's all BS....

  My question why a 120 years when "Supposedly" man was living 900 years.

  Hell that would be like God cursing mankind today, your days will be 5 years and you

  will kick the bucket. Thanks God you are a likable guy.

  i found this little jem this morning .

  it's a little dated but describes the self-proclaimed jesus of nazareth by the name of a.j miller.

  he was raised in the jw religion and was also an elder and pioneer.

  There are true Holy weirdness, like dancing with snakes weird, but to truly follow and

  obey Jesus, you will strike the world as being weird,odd, possibly even a bit unstable.

  What "normal" person seeks to fight against sexual lust? What "normal" person stakes

  all their hope on living here on earth and playing with meat eating animals and millions

  of people will die so they can have their paradise.

  JW's are not Holy weirdness like dancing with wolves weird , they are in the oddness category.

  Many here have left the organization and when we look back, we were weird as hell to our worldly friends

  and our non-JW family members, good people but strange.LOL
